IME Group tells the story of the Primavesi’s, leading the company since its inception; dedication, passion and great responsibility, handed down three generation, are what support Eng. Franco’s sons at the helm of the company. 1920

Giulio Primavesi & partners start operating in the electromechanical field in a laboratory near Milan.

1950

After the World War II the company is re-established over an area of 4,000 sqm with 200 workers

1962

IME S.p.A. is founded in Urgnano (BG), establishing a solid foundation for expansion and innovation in the field of MV/LV switchboards

1991

Acquisition of the company Elettromeccanica Duestelle.

1993

IME Group demonstrates its commitment to quality and efficiency by certifying its Quality System for the first time according to ISO standards.

2006

Imeromelectrica Srl is established in Romania to support its influence and operational capacity beyond national borders.

2010

IME Group is certified ISO 14001, confirming its engagement towards sustainability and environmental responsibility

2020

Imemont incorporates Enneci.

2022

IME Group celebrates a very important result, its 60th anniversary. Imemont new offices in Urgnano are inaugurated.

2023

Imemont celebrates 45 years in business.
